Basically, cells are grouped as plant cells or animal cells. The similarities between them are they both have cell membrance, a nucleas, and cytoplasms. But then, plant cells also contains cell walls, vacuoles, and chloroplasts.
Animal Cells. Generally, each animal cell is made up of cell protoplasm(cytoplasm and nucleas) and cell membrane.
Plant Cells. The plant celss has a rigid cell wall(made up of cellulose-a form of carbohydrate). Then, there is this vacuoles which contain cell sap that are made up of dissolved minerals. Chloroplast builds chlorophyll, a green pigment, which only can be found in plant cells.
Nucleus: controls all the activities of the cell
cytoplasm: stores dissolved material
cell membrane: protects the cell and controls the flow of dissolved material in and out of the cell.
cell wall: protect cell, maintain shape of cell.
chloroplast: contains chlorophyll for the process of photosynthesis.
Vacuole: contains cell sap.
